These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 711cuci governing your access to and use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on 711cuci. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 711cuci reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to an underage individual.
2.1 — Registration on 711cuci is open to individuals who (i) are aged 21 or above; (ii) are not residents of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (iii) are acting on their own behalf and not as agents for any third party; and (iv) have not previously been excluded from 711cuci or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
2.2 — Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account with 711cuci. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances held in the duplicate account(s) and potential permanent exclusion from the Platform.
2.3 — You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. Submitting false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 — 711cuci reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to give reasons for such refusal.
3.1 — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 — 711cuci support staff will never request your password through any communication channel. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 — You agree to notify 711cuci immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. 711cuci will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your login credentials.
3.4 — 711cuci employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and bcrypt hashing for password storage. Notwithstanding these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and 711cuci makes no such warranty.
4.1 — Deposits may be made using any payment method currently listed on the Platform, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank online transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 — All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency transactions will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
4.3 — Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 711cuci reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.
4.4 — Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending until the required documentation is submitted and approved.
4.5 — 711cuci targets processing of withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within five (5) minutes of approval. This target is not a guarantee and may be affected by payment processor delays, banking hours, or enhanced verification requirements on individual transactions.
4.6 — 711cuci reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
5.1 — All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 711cuci are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must generally be wagered a specified number of times before they and any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement, contributing game types, and expiry window are stated on each promotion's detail page.
5.2 — Bonuses are offered to members for personal entertainment purposes only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or bonus stacking in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour — constitutes bonus abuse. 711cuci reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to close accounts engaged in such activity.
5.3 — 711cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would materially prejudice members who have already opted into and begun satisfying the conditions of a specific offer.
5.4 — Members may only claim each welcome bonus once across all accounts. Multiple accounts created to claim the same welcome promotion will be treated as duplicate accounts under Section 2.2.
6.1 — All bets and wagers placed through 711cuci are final once confirmed. 711cuci will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the limited circumstances set out in the specific game or event rules (for example, event cancellation, void market, or technical malfunction).
6.2 — In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live game or sports event, 711cuci reserves the right to void affected bets or to take such other remedial action as is reasonable in the circumstances. 711cuci's decision in such matters shall be final.
6.3 — Sportsbook markets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and competition. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.
6.4 — Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and casino games are theoretical averages calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not represent a guarantee of results for any individual session or member.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 711cuci platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

9.1 — To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 711cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 — 711cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 — Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
